This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to Rayzen Corporate Private Limited may or may not be refunded. By engaging with our services, franchise programs, or project agreements, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.
Franchise registration fees are non-refundable once the franchise agreement has been signed and the onboarding process has been completed. Onboarding includes issuance of authorization certificates, access to training materials, brand usage rights, backend systems, and operational support.
Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional cases where Rayzen Corporate Private Limited is unable to provide official franchise authorization due to internal constraints or regulatory limitations. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the company’s decision shall be final.
Payments made for completed services — including consultation, design work, documentation, installation, procurement, technical support, or project management — are strictly non-refundable.
Once materials are ordered, manpower is deployed, or documentation is processed, the costs incurred cannot be reversed. Clients are advised to review quotations and agreements carefully before confirming payments.
For solar, EV charging, or fuel-related projects, milestone-based payment structures may apply. Refund eligibility, if any, shall be governed by the signed project agreement. Partial refunds may be considered only before procurement or execution has commenced.
Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing through official company communication channels. Verbal requests or informal communication shall not be considered valid.
If a refund is approved, processing may take 7–15 working days depending on banking procedures and internal verification.
Rayzen Corporate reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on the official website.
